In this hybrid workshop, youth will learn the basics of launching a product or business and will also engage in group and solo entrepreneurship basic training to support a product or business idea. Youth will present individually and in groups, simulating various types of product pitches or business ideas to session peers. Amerability and volunteer community presenters will also give insight and mentorship on each workshop product concept or business model created by youth, so they exit the workshop with valuable feedback for their next step in becoming an entrepreneur.

This hybrid workshop focuses on creation of Goals with an emphasis on short, medium and long-term vision that integrate to an executional plan. This will influence actions and communications on the key parts of their family, friends, school, recreations/sports and career circumstances. A key component of this workshop will incorporate a pre-workshop survey which will develop into an initial goal matrix based on choices relating to needs around communication with Family, friends, school, work and the social emotional environment. The activities include SWOT & SMART goal setting.
