3rd Step (Habit Building)

This 4-hour workshop, "The 3rd Step – Habit Building," is designed to help students develop the discipline and behaviors needed to achieve their personal and professional goals. Our goal is to guide participants through habit-forming strategies that support their efforts in job applications, time management, and goal-setting. Through mentorship and hands-on activities, students will leave this workshop with a strong understanding of how to build consistent, productive habits that align with their vocational plans and aspirations.

In this workshop, students will engage in structured sessions focusing on the importance of habits and their role in achieving SMART goals. Through discussions and exercises, participants will learn how to identify recurring challenges, create habit processes, and implement solutions that drive personal accountability. The workshop explores key habit-forming techniques such as process change, environmental adjustment, and the value of small, incremental improvements. Students will also develop a habit accountability plan, learn how to avoid temptations, and understand the significance of long-term behavioral change. By the end of the course, each participant will have the tools and support to build core habits that lead to success.
